Some might say Google will one day rule the world. But to fo that, it has to save the planet first.
The UN environmental department has just unveiled a new partnership, this time with Google.
The organization and the technology giant have developed a digital platform, based on big data and environmental science, which monitors water potability levels in global ecosystems.
The invention can revolutionize the way of measuring the ecological footprint of the human race on Earth. The platform is completely free and is now available to the public, enabling anyone to monitor aquatic changes in the world’s ecosystems.
The application was unveiled at the United Nations science forum, which took place in Nairobi and anticipates the highly influential, fourth edition of the United Nations Environmental Assembly
